AirdropMatrix simplifies the complex process of tracking and executing crypto airdrop farming across multiple wallets and blockchains. Whether you manage 5 wallets or farm dozens of protocols simultaneously, AirdropMatrix keeps every task visible, every deadline surfaced, and every wallet status at a glance.

The core idea is a matrix view — a 2D grid where rows are tasks and columns are wallets. Each cell in the matrix represents the completion status of one task for one wallet on a given day. This gives you an instant bird's-eye view of your entire farming operation without switching between tabs or spreadsheets.

How It Works

AirdropMatrix is built around three core concepts: Projects, Wallets, and Tasks. Together they form the matrix.

Create a Project

A Project represents an airdrop campaign or protocol (e.g., "LayerZero", "EigenLayer"). Each project has a name and a target blockchain.

Add Your Wallets

Wallets are the accounts you use to interact with protocols. Add up to 5 wallets with names, optional addresses, and color tags.

Define Tasks

Tasks are actions you need to perform per wallet (e.g., "Bridge 0.01 ETH", "Vote in governance"). Set a frequency so AirdropMatrix tracks your next deadline.

Track in the Matrix

The dashboard shows your full matrix. Click any cell to mark it as Done, Pending, or Failed. Switch dates to track historical completions.

When a limit is reached, the corresponding stat card on the dashboard turns amber. The Add button for that entity is disabled until you archive an existing record.

Projects

A project is the top-level grouping unit. It represents one airdrop campaign, protocol, or network you're farming.

Fields

Name*

Display name for the campaign (e.g., "LayerZero", "EigenLayer"). Max 30 characters.

Chain*

The primary blockchain. Choose from 60+ supported chains including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Solana, and more.

Actions

Create — Opens the 3-step chained flow: Project → Wallet → Task. You can stop after any step.

Edit — Rename or change the chain at any time via the project dropdown menu.

Duplicate — Copies the project and all its tasks. Project-specific wallets are promoted to global.

Archive — Moves the project and its associated wallets and tasks out of the active view while preserving their records.

Projects appear as grouped sections in the matrix table. Each section shows the project name, chain badge, and task count. The dropdown on each project header gives access to Edit, Duplicate, and Archive.

Wallets

Wallets are the accounts you use to interact with airdrop protocols. Each wallet appears as a column in the matrix, so every task row shows that wallet's status independently.

Fields

Name*

A human-readable label (e.g., "Main Wallet", "Burner 1"). Max 30 characters.

Address

Optional EVM address (0x…). Shown in a copyable tooltip when you click the wallet color dot. Max 42 characters.

Color Tag

6 preset colors: blue, violet, pink, red, green, orange. Used as the colored dot in column headers for quick identification.

Copy Address: Click the colored dot in a wallet's column header to open a tooltip with the full address and a one-click copy button.

Tasks

A task is an on-chain or off-chain action that must be performed per wallet for a given project. Tasks appear as rows in the matrix.

Fields

Name*

Short description of the action (e.g., "Bridge 0.01 ETH", "Vote in governance"). Max 50 characters.

Project*

The project this task belongs to. Each project can have up to 5 tasks.

Frequency

How often the task repeats. Format: "N day", "N week", or "N month". Default: "1 day". Drives the deadline countdown tooltip.

Action URL

A link to the protocol page or dApp to execute the task. Opens in a new tab. Max 100 characters.

Notes

Full instructions, tips, or context for the task. Supports up to 5,000 characters. Accessed via the file icon in the task row.

Matrix Table

The matrix table is the core UI. Rows = tasks, columns = wallets. Every cell represents one task × wallet completion for the selected date.

Column: All Wallets

The All Wallets column appears before individual wallet columns. It shows a summary like 3 / 5 (3 of 5 wallets done). Clicking it opens the bulk action dropdown to set all visible wallets at once.

Column Resizing

Drag the divider on the right edge of the task name column to resize it between 150 px and 500 px. This helps when task names are long.

Frequency badge tooltip: Hover over a task's frequency badge to see the exact next deadline date and a countdown (e.g., "in 2 days", "tomorrow", "today").

Quick Start

Get your first matrix set up in under 2 minutes.

Open Dashboard
Go to /dashboard after logging in. You'll see empty stat cards and an empty matrix.

Click "Add New"
Enter a project name (e.g., "LayerZero") and select its chain. Click Next.

Add Your First Wallet
Enter a wallet name (e.g., "Main Wallet"), an optional address, and pick a color. Click Next.

Add Your First Task
Enter a task name (e.g., "Bridge ETH"), set the frequency to "1 day", and optionally add an action URL. Click Finish.

Use the Matrix
Your project, wallet, and task now appear in the matrix. Click the cell to mark it Done, Pending, or Failed.

Marking Tasks Done

Each cell in the matrix is clickable. Here's what happens when you interact with one:

Click any cell in the matrix.

A dropdown menu appears with options: Done, Pending, Failed, or Reset to To Do.

Select a status. A confirmation dialog shows the task name, wallet name, and the action you're about to take.

Confirm. The cell updates instantly (optimistic UI). The server records the completion with today's date.

The progress bar at the top recalculates automatically.

Rate limit: There is a 10-second cooldown between status changes for the same wallet. This prevents accidental rapid toggles.

Recurring Tasks

Many airdrops reward consistent interaction over time. AirdropMatrix tracks recurring tasks with deadline calculations.

Completions are date-scoped. A task marked as Done on Monday is independent from Tuesday. Use the date picker in the dashboard header to switch between days.

The next deadline for each task is computed from its creation date and frequency. Hover the frequency badge to see an exact countdown tooltip (e.g., "Next reset in 2 days — Mar 15, 2026").

Bulk Actions

When you need to mark all wallets with the same status for a task, use the All Wallets dropdown.

All DoneMarks every visible wallet as Done for this task and date.

All PendingMarks every visible wallet as Pending.

All FailedMarks every visible wallet as Failed.

Reset All to To DoDeletes all completion records for this task and date.

Bulk actions have a 15-second cooldown per task and always require confirmation. The dialog tells you how many wallets will be affected before you proceed.

Visibility Controls

AirdropMatrix lets you declutter your matrix by hiding rows, columns, or individual cells. All visibility settings are saved in your browser's local storage.

Hide a Task Row

Open the Visibility dialog in the dashboard header. Toggle off any task row to hide it from the matrix. Tasks are not deleted — just hidden from view.

Hide a Wallet Column

Same dialog — toggle off any wallet column. Useful when you want to focus on specific wallets.

Hide a Single Cell

Hover over any matrix cell. A small eye icon appears in the corner. Click it to hide just that task × wallet intersection.

Restore Hidden Items

Hidden cells show a faded eye-off icon. Click it to restore. Use "Reset All" in the Visibility dialog to restore everything at once.

Search & Filters

The dashboard search bar filters the matrix in real time across multiple dimensions.

Categorical filters

Use the filter chips below the search bar to narrow the matrix by project, wallet, task, frequency, or chain. Categorical filters apply first; text search applies within the filtered set.

The matrix skeleton loads for ~3 seconds on initial page load to prevent layout shifts. Searches after that are instant.

Data Protection

Non-Custodial by Design

AirdropMatrix never asks for private keys, seed phrases, or wallet signatures. Wallet addresses are entirely optional and used only for display.

Row-Level Security (RLS)

Every database query is scoped to your user ID via Supabase Row-Level Security policies. Other users cannot read or modify your data.

Archiving

Archived projects, wallets, and tasks are removed from the active view while their records are preserved. Use Show Archived to review archived data.

Local Visibility State

Hidden rows, columns, and cell intersections are stored only in your browser's local storage — not on the server. Clearing site data resets visibility settings.

RPC Connections & Multicall

To fetch live token balances without hitting rate limits, AirdropMatrix batches on-chain reads using viem's multicall.

Default public RPCs (provided by Wagmi) work well for up to ~20 wallets.

For larger portfolios, configure your own Alchemy or Infura API keys to avoid rate limits.

Best Practices

Name wallets meaningfully

Use names like "Main Hot Wallet", "Burner A", "Ledger Cold" instead of generic labels. Color-code by risk level (red = hot, green = cold).

Use the 3-step creation flow

When adding a new protocol, click "Add New" and complete all three steps (Project → Wallet → Task) in one go. Everything links up automatically.

Add action URLs to tasks

Paste the dApp link into the Action URL field. One click from the matrix takes you directly to the protocol — no tab switching.

Write detailed notes for complex tasks

Use the Notes field to store step-by-step instructions, minimum amounts, gotchas, or links to guides. Access them via the file icon in the task row.

Check deadlines daily

The frequency badge tooltip shows your next deadline. Check it every morning to know which tasks are due today.

Use Pending for in-progress actions

If a bridge or transaction is pending confirmation, mark it "Pending" instead of "Done". Come back and update it once confirmed.

Duplicate projects as templates

If two protocols require the same set of tasks, create the first one fully, then Duplicate it and rename. All tasks are copied instantly.
